Noyau – Return, Exchange & Alteration Policy

Noyau Doha (Made-to-Order Pieces)

All Noyau Doha items are made to order based on your selected measurements and length.

  • Order Confirmation & Cancellation
    Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, as production will have already begun.
    Full payment is required to initiate any made-to-order piece.

  • Production & Delivery Time
    Made-to-order items require up to 2 business weeks to be prepared and shipped.

  • Refund Policy
    By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to refunds, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

  • Nature of Handmade Pieces
    Hand-embroidered pieces may slightly vary from the images due to the artisanal nature of the work. These variations are not considered defects.

  • Returns & Exchanges
    All made-to-order abayas and jalabiyas are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Alterations (Noyau Doha Only)

We offer alterations exclusively for made-to-order pieces:

  • One complimentary alteration per order

  • 60 QAR delivery fee applies (within Qatar only)

  • Alteration requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Requests after this period will not be accepted

  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for alterations

Noyau Atelier (Ready-to-Wear Pieces)

This policy applies only to ready-to-wear pieces under Noyau Atelier, not made-to-order items.

  • Shipping Time
    Ready-to-wear items are shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Exchange Policy
    Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

    • Another size, or

    • Another ready-to-wear item from Noyau Atelier

    Refunds are not offered.

  • Condition of Items
    Items must be returned in original condition and are subject to inspection. Exchanges will only be accepted if the item shows:

    • No signs of wear

    • No stains (including makeup)

    • All original tags and packaging intact

  • Quality Control
    All ready-to-wear items undergo thorough quality checks before shipping. Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • International Orders
    For exchanges, all shipping costs (both ways) must be fully covered by the customer.

Important Note

This policy complies with Qatar consumer protection regulations. Customer rights remain protected in cases of defective or incorrect items, where an appropriate resolution will be provided.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال والتعديلات – Noyau

Noyau Doha (القطع المصممة حسب الطلب – التفصيل)

جميع قطع Noyau Doha يتم تصنيعها حسب الطلب (التفصيل) بناءً على المقاسات والطول الذي يتم اختياره عند الطلب.

  • تأكيد الطلب والإلغاء
    بعد تأكيد الطلب، لا يمكن إلغاؤه بعد مرور 24 ساعة، حيث يكون قد تم البدء في تجهيز القطعة.
    يشترط الدفع الكامل مسبقًا لبدء تنفيذ الطلب.

  • مدة التنفيذ والتوصيل
    تستغرق القطع المصممة حسب الطلب (التفصيل) مدة تصل إلى أسبوعين عمل لتكون جاهزة للشحن.

  • سياسة الاسترجاع
    من خلال إتمام عملية الشراء عبر هذا الموقع، فإنك توافق على التنازل عن حقك في استرجاع المنتج، باستثناء حالة وجود عيب مصنعي مثبت.

  • طبيعة العمل اليدوي
    قد تختلف القطع المطرزة يدويًا اختلافًا بسيطًا عن الصور المعروضة بسبب طبيعة العمل اليدوي، ولا يُعد ذلك عيبًا.

  • الاسترجاع والاستبدال
    جميع العباءات والجلاليب المصممة حسب الطلب (التفصيل) هي غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

التعديلات (Noyau Doha – التفصيل فقط)

نقدم خدمة التعديلات فقط للقطع المصممة حسب الطلب (التفصيل):

  • تعديل واحد مجاني لكل طلب

  • يتم تطبيق رسوم توصيل بقيمة 60 ريال قطري (داخل قطر فقط)

  • يجب طلب التعديل خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام

  • لن يتم قبول أي طلب تعديل بعد انتهاء هذه المدة

  • الطلبات الدولية نهائية ولا تشملها خدمة التعديلات

Noyau Atelier (القطع الجاهزة)

تنطبق هذه السياسة فقط على القطع الجاهزة ضمن Noyau Atelier، ولا تشمل القطع المصممة حسب الطلب (التفصيل).

  • مدة الشحن
    يتم شحن القطع الجاهزة خلال 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل.

  • سياسة الاستبدال
    يمكن استبدال القطع خلال مدة 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام:

    • بمقاس آخر، أو

    • بقطعة أخرى من Noyau Atelier

    لا يتم تقديم استرجاع نقدي.

  • حالة المنتج
    يجب أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية وتخضع للفحص. لن يتم قبول الاستبدال إذا كانت القطعة تحتوي على:

    • آثار استخدام

    • بقع (بما في ذلك مستحضرات التجميل)

    • نقص في البطاقات أو التغليف الأصلي

  • مراقبة الجودة
    جميع القطع الجاهزة تخضع لفحص جودة دقيق قبل الشحن. في حال وجود عيب، يجب الإبلاغ خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام.

  • الطلبات الدولية
    في حال طلب الاستبدال، يتحمل العميل كافة تكاليف الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا.

ملاحظة مهمة

تتوافق هذه السياسة مع قوانين حماية المستهلك في دولة قطر، ولا تؤثر على حق العميل في حال استلام منتج معيب أو غير مطابق للمواصفات، حيث سيتم اتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.
