Shipping Policy – Noyau

Order Processing

All orders are processed after full payment is received. Once an order is confirmed, it enters processing and cannot be modified or cancelled after 24 hours.

Noyau Doha (Made-to-Order – التفصيل)

All Noyau Doha pieces are made-to-order based on your selected measurements and specifications.

• Production time may take up to 2 business weeks before shipment

• Shipping timelines begin after production is completed

• Due to the nature of made-to-order production, timelines may vary slightly

Noyau Atelier (Ready-to-Wear)

Ready-to-wear items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on destination and courier service.
All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Noyau is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs clearance

• Public holidays

• Events outside our control

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Noyau is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Risk of Loss

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the courier, the responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

معالجة الطلبات

يتم معالجة جميع الطلبات بعد استلام الدفع الكامل. بعد تأكيد الطلب، يدخل في مرحلة التنفيذ ولا يمكن تعديله أو إلغاؤه بعد مرور 24 ساعة.

Noyau Doha (القطع المصممة حسب الطلب – التفصيل)

جميع قطع Noyau Doha يتم تصنيعها حسب الطلب (التفصيل) بناءً على المقاسات والمواصفات التي يحددها العميل.

• قد تستغرق مدة التنفيذ ما يصل إلى أسبوعين عمل قبل الشحن

• تبدأ مدة الشحن بعد الانتهاء من التصنيع

• نظرًا لطبيعة الإنتاج حسب الطلب، قد تختلف المدة بشكل بسيط

Noyau Atelier (القطع الجاهزة)

يتم تجهيز وشحن القطع الجاهزة خلال 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل.

مدة الشحن

تختلف مدة الشحن حسب الوجهة وشركة الشحن.
جميع مواعيد التسليم تقديرية وغير مضمونة.

لا تتحمل Noyau مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن:

• شركات الشحن

• الإجراءات الجمركية

• العطل الرسمية

• أي ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة

الشحن الدولي

قد تخضع الطلبات الدولية لرسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم استيراد.
يتحمل العميل هذه الرسوم بالكامل، وهي غير مشمولة في قيمة الطلب.

العنوان غير الصحيح

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال بيانات الشحن بشكل صحيح.
لا تتحمل Noyau مسؤولية فقدان أو تأخر الشحنات بسبب عناوين غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.

مسؤولية الشحنة

بمجرد شحن الطلب وتسليمه لشركة الشحن، تنتقل مسؤولية ومخاطر الفقد أو التلف إلى العميل.
